Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to shape and deliver learning strategies across the UK, Ireland and Africa. You will design, implement and optimize learning and talent solutions with autonomy within the regional L&D team.

You will lead digital learning design, curate content, and drive compliance learning campaigns while collaborating with HR and global stakeholders to improve learner engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Essential: design, curate, facilitate and evaluate learning solutions.
• Experience with compliance or mandatory learning programmes.
• Strong knowledge of digital learning and learner experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, curate and deliver learning solutions across digital, virtual, face-to-face and blended formats.
• Lead regional learning projects and ensure learner engagement.
