Hippo Digital is seeking a Senior Full Stack Kotlin Developer to join its multidisciplinary teams in the UK. You will lead Kotlin-based development and mentor junior engineers while delivering secure, scalable systems for public and private sector clients.

You will work across data, design, product and engineering to ship high-quality digital services that meet client needs and business outcomes. Expect travel to client sites as required.

• Extensive experience with Kotlin/JVM and full stack delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead production of user-centred software aligned with business requirements and best practices.
• Design, explore and deliver complex client solutions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Own development and deployment pipelines, resolving bottlenecks and issues.
• Present prototypes and progress to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Mentor and coach engineers to grow technical and delivery excellence.
