Job summary

Based in Cardiff, MSS Water, part of the MSS Group within the RSK Group, is seeking aSenior Key Account Manager to own and grow a substantial, multi-site portfolio in water hygiene and legionella compliance.

You will lead commercial activities, mentor a team of Account Managers, and work closely with operations to ensure delivery matches commitments. The role offers a clear advancement path within a growing environmental services group.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record with measurable targets.
• Experience managing multi-site accounts.
• Working knowledge of water hygiene compliance preferable.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts; act as commercial owner.
• Hit personal sales and growth targets across new business and existing accounts.
• Identify and convert cross-sell across water hygiene, treatment, engineering, training and consultancy.
• Mentor and support other Account Managers to lift team performance.
• Own the commercial health of accounts: pricing, margin, renewals and performance.
• Collaborate with operations, technical and compliance teams to align delivery with sales.
• Lead sales meetings and contribute to operational reviews to keep commercial and delivery aligned.
• Support LC A and client audits on your accounts.
