Coulson Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced machinist to join our busy joinery team. The role is workshop based, reading production drawings and operating a range of woodworking machines.

You should have NVQ Level 2, around 5 years joinery experience and some supervisory exposure; CNC experience is helpful but not essential. We offer a competitive hourly rate and opportunities in traditional joinery projects.

Qualifications

• Must be educated to NVQ Level 2 at a minimum.
• 5 years joinery experience preferred.
• 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to read and work from production drawings.
• Competent with a range of woodworking machines.

Responsabilités

• Produce items such as door frames, sash windows, bars, counters and external furniture.
• Work from production drawings and use spindles, planers and saws.
• Maintain high workmanship standards.
