Qualifications

• Extensive production software development experience in Java/Kotlin/Scala.
• Strong understanding of distributed applications and service design.
• Experience designing services with APIs, messages or events.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Focus on security, testability and operational reliability.
• Ability to improve delivery via version control and automated checks/CI/CD.
• Mentor and guide engineers while contributing code.
• Ownership of decisions and clear follow-through.
• Experience using AI coding assistants within engineering workflows.
