You will mentor engineers, shape technical direction, and contribute to incident management while embracing a culture of continuous improvement in a hybrid setup with in‑office presence twice a week.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on software engineering with modern back-end & front-end capabilities.
• Experience designing scalable microservices & event-driven systems.
• Strong collaboration across product, design, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end feature development across platform services.
• Shape architecture decisions within the squad and align with product priorities.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming.
• Champion DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and secure coding practices.
