- Experience mentoring junior engineers and onboarding into agile delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices within the CIO Technology Engineering team.
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions to improve engineering standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and support modern engineering practices across the team.
- Contribute to team KPIs and assist in strategic initiatives alongside the Principal Engineer.
