Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in at least one major programming language (Java preferred).
• Significant experience designing, building and supporting large-scale distributed systems.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles (SOLID, design patterns).
• DevOps mindset with experience supporting production systems, incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and influencing decisions across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building and maintaining high-performing mission-critical systems balancing scalability, security and resilience.
• Lead the technical design of complex features and initiatives, ensuring scalable and secure solutions.
• Partner with product managers to shape requirements and deliver business outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership across teams and drive key initiatives.
• Drive engineering excellence through high-quality software practices.
• Own production systems, lead incidents and root cause analysis to improve reliability.
