Job summary

CNA Hardy in London is seeking an IT Programme Delivery Lead to oversee the coordinated technical delivery of our Transformation programme and ensure solutions are robust and aligned to our technology strategy.

You will lead a team of Project Technical Leads and Solution Architects, drive governance and release processes, and ensure operational readiness across testing and transition into business-as-usual support.

Qualifications

At least five years of experience leading complex technical delivery.
Experience managing technical teams or third-party providers.
Ability to balance delivery pace, quality, risk and long-term supportability.
Strong knowledge of programme governance, change control and release management.
Experience in insurance, financial services or another regulated sector is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

Own technical delivery across Transformation projects aligned to plans and budgets.
Lead Project Technical Leads and Solution Architects with clear direction.
Ensure solutions support enterprise architecture and long-term requirements.
Coordinate dependencies across multiple projects and environments.
Oversee testing, release, and transition into business-as-usual support.
