Job summary

Metropolitan Police in London is seeking a Senior Training Officer to deliver IT end-user training to Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP) users nationwide. You will design and prepare a range of training courses with detailed materials and assess learning outcomes, reporting to the ICT Training Manager (Band M).

This role requires NSV/SC(e) security checks, and involves coordinating with stakeholders, leading course development, scheduling sessions, and providing support to the CSC and tech staff.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering IT end-user training.
• Ability to plan, design and prepare training resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of bespoke training courses to national CTP standards.
• Schedule and deliver training to end-user groups and technical staff using various methods.
