Job summary

Counter Terrorism Policing is seeking a Senior Training Officer (Band N) to deliver IT end-user training nationally, designing and preparing comprehensive training materials and support guides. The role reports to the ICT Training Manager (Band M) and involves potential collaboration with CSC and project teams.

Qualifications

• Holds Level 4 or equivalent training qualification.
• Recent experience of leading, developing and delivering IT end-user training courses/programmes.
• Strong IT skills and a passion for learning complex modern technology to further their role.

Responsibilities

• Lead on design and development of bespoke training courses to national standards, including lesson plans, workbooks and guides.
• Lead on scheduling and delivering training using classroom, one-to-one, coaching or remote methods.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand training requirements and technologies to be implemented.
