Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise IT environments and IT security practices.

Responsibilities

• We manage day-to-day technology infrastructure to keep the Bank operating efficiently.
• We provide first-line support for software, hardware and networking, including installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• We design, plan and deploy IT projects to enhance infrastructure and applications.
• We sustain disaster recovery, backups and compliance with Group requirements.
• We maintain the Avaya PABX system and ensure recording systems are operational.
