Qualifications

5–7 years IT management experience.
Experience leading large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, security, networks, databases, and phone systems.
Professional certifications preferred (A+, Network+, CCNA, MCP).

Responsibilities

Support employees with technical assistance.
Analyze systems and assets, implement upgrades and training.
Lead large IT projects including design and deployment of new IT systems.
Maintain operations of OS, security tools, servers, email, laptops, desktops, apps, and hardware.
Define IT strategy, architecture, and processes; manage vendors and test strategies.
