Job summary

The post holder may travel to other Suffolk sites as needed. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and ensure IT services deliver a secure, reliable environment for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and supporting enterprise IT systems and services.
• Strong technical expertise in Windows Server and desktop environments.
• Experience with network and firewall administration, cyber security, and backup/recovery.
• Line management responsibilities and day-to-day technical leadership for designated team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise IT services across campus and sites.
• Ensure IT devices comply with security policies and are secure against tampering.
• Lead and mentor IT staff; provide day-to-day supervision.
