Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced IT professional for a hands-on role with an international technology organisation. The engineer will work with customers, resolving technical issues and supporting IT environments both remotely and on customer premises.

Key duties include on-site visits, incident management, regular ticket updates, and collaboration with suppliers to meet SLAs. A strong security and Microsoft 365 background is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' IT engineering experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards (mandatory).
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 services and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to customers and act as a trusted contact for support.
• Visit customer sites to resolve issues, perform installations and maintenance.
• Manage incidents, requests and tasks via the Service Desk system.
• Escalate complex issues to management when needed.
• Organise daily workloads and ensure urgent tasks are addressed.
