Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced IT professional for a hands-on role within an international technology organisation. You will support IT environments both remotely and on customer premises, acting as a trusted point of contact for technical issues.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in IT engineering, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and security standards, and excellent communication to work with diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' IT engineering experience
• Knowledge of Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
• Experience with Azure administration
• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 with Group Policy
• Strong communication and customer-facing manner
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to customers as a trusted support contact
• Visit customer sites to resolve issues, install and maintain systems
• Manage incidents and requests through the Service Desk
• Provide regular updates and ensure SLAs are met
• Escalate complex issues to Management when needed
• Organise daily workloads and prioritise urgent tasks
• Monitor environments to ensure reliability
• Install, configure, test, and repair IT hardware/software
• Maintain accurate ticket records
• Respond to major incidents remotely and on-site
