Job summary

Miller Solutions Ltd is seeking a Project & Infrastructure Engineer to join our small team. You will lead IT migration and refresh projects, design and install new equipment, and maintain security systems while supporting customers.

The role requires 5+ years in IT, knowledge of AD, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and experience with Hyper-V and VMware. Some out-of-hours work and travel are expected, and a full, clean driving license is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in IT industry; MCP desirable.
Strong knowledge of networking, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, switches, routers and wireless tech.
Experience with Hyper-V, VMware, remote access tools, backups and antivirus administration.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
Experience with server migrations, site installations and server networks.

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver IT migration and refresh projects.
Design and implement new equipment installations.
Maintain and upgrade security systems, including firewalls, antivirus and email security.
Provide senior-level 3rd line technical support and assist 1st and 2nd Line Engineers.
Monitor internal and customer infrastructure, including servers, networking and storage.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
