Job summary

DXC Technology in Hampshire is seeking an IT Operations Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end operational delivery for Defence and Aerospace programmes. You will lead a multi-disciplinary service delivery team, manage client relationships and ensure 100% SLA adherence while guiding continuous improvement across Wintel, Linux, virtualization, storage, and tooling domains.

The role requires strategic leadership, solid ITIL knowledge, and strong financial acumen to manage budgets and achieve

Qualifications

Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary infrastructure teams in a managed services environment.
Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage senior stakeholders.
Experience delivering SLA-driven services with contractual obligations and penalties.
Solid ITIL knowledge (ITIL 4 Foundation minimum).
Experience managing team budgets and cost control.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of programmes with 100% SLA adherence across availability, response times, and service quality metrics.
Manage operational P&L, including revenue forecasting, cost control, and profitability against contracted deliverables.
Oversee resource planning, allocation and demand forecasting to support successful project and programme delivery.
Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the infrastructure platform in line with contractual SLAs.
Oversee day-to-day operations across all technology domains, ensuring consistent and secure service delivery.
