TSB is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to monitor core banking services, triage incidents, and lead a team of IT Operations Analysts. The role requires strong communication with stakeholders and experience across applications, infrastructure, and mainframe environments.

Based in Edinburgh, the role offers exposure to a global technology-driven transformation within a major banking brand, with a focus on service observability and risk-aware operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITIL service operation processes, particularly incident and problem management.
• Strong monitoring/triage skills for applications, infrastructure, and services.
• Excellent communication to liaise with stakeholders and coordinate recovery teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor bank core services using industry-leading tools to ensure high availability.
• Triage incidents, lead recovery actions, and communicate status to business and IT teams.
• Direct a team of analysts as lead support within IT Operations.
• Engage with IT suppliers and stakeholders across IT and business units.
