Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Belfast and Manchester seeks a Junior Manager to advise on IT aspects of mergers and acquisitions. You will apply IT skills to pre-deal diligence, value creation, carve-outs and integrations, supporting clients across industries within the UK and Ireland.

You will work with cross-functional teams, develop stakeholder relationships, and travel as required to support the deal lifecycle across global EY networks.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related subjects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Experience applying IT aspects of M&A, including due diligence and post-merger integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to IT pre-deal, value creation, post-deal, separation and integration engagements across UKI.
• Assist in business origination, pitches and client presentations within EY Parthenon teams.
• Advise on IT readiness, including data, enterprise applications and infrastructure, across the transaction lifecycle.
