Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the United Kingdom is seeking a Junior Manager in Deal Technology (IT) within the Strategy and Execution group, based in Belfast or Manchester. You will advise clients through IT due diligence, value creation, carve-outs and integrations across the M&A lifecycle.

You'll apply IT skills to pre-deal diligence, post-deal integration and separation, working with cross-functional teams and supporting senior decision makers on technology strategies for transactions in various

Qualifications

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related subjects.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Analytical mindset with IT-related M&A insight.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Broad knowledge of IT ecosystem components (ERP/HRIS, IT infra, data).
Project management experience managing sub-workstreams and programmes.
Willingness to travel and work onsite in Belfast or Manchester with London travel.

Responsibilities

Lead and/or contribute to IT pre-deal, value creation, post-deal, separation and integration engagements.
Assist in business origination activities, pitches and client presentations.
Work in project teams across EY Parthenon for IT due diligence and strategy.
Assess IT readiness across organisation, infrastructure, applications, data and delivery.
Support transaction planning to reach strategic milestones and identify risks.
Learn and develop technical and personal skills through coaching and practice.
