National Vehicle Distribution (NVD UK) in Southampton is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer who thrives as a self-starter and loves tackling complex, bespoke systems across a logistics-focused environment. You will own site networking, hardware lifecycle, Google Workspace administration, and Salesforce troubleshooting, with occasional travel to UK and ROI sites to support operations.

Candidates should have strong networking, Google Admin Console experience, and a track record of rapid learning

Formación

• Proven ability to understand complex, bespoke systems quickly.
• Experience with Google Admin Console and admin tasks.
• Demonstrated automation scripting for system administration.

Responsabilidades

• Rapid System Adoption: become SME for site-specific applications.
• Networking & Connectivity: manage LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPNs, firewalls.
• Hardware Lifecycle: phones, tablets, laptops, and industrial peripherals.
• Google Workspace administration with security, OU management, migrations.
• Salesforce: basic troubleshooting and CRM admin.
• Strategy & Logistics: assess risks to business continuity.
• UK Site Support: occasional on-site upgrades at other locations.
