National Vehicle Distribution is seeking a Vehicle Handler in Southampton. You will be responsible for the efficient handling, checking, and dispatch of vehicles, with daily movement of 60+ units across storage and loading areas.

You will perform vehicle-specific inspections and stock checks, contributing to the upkeep of vehicle compounds. The role requires a full driving license, willingness to work up to six days a week and in the evening shifts, and a positive, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Available for work up to 6 days a week and have availability to work evening shifts.
• Positive working attitude is essential.
• Comfortable with driving cars and light commercial vehicles.

Role Summary

The Vehicle Handler is responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of vehicle stock. Key duties include the thorough checking and dispatch of vehicles, managing the high-volume movement of 60 or more vehicles daily across storage and loading areas, and performing detailed vehicle-specific inspections and stock checks. The role also involves contributing to the general maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle compounds.
