Job summary

National Vehicle Distribution is seeking a Vehicle Handler based in Southampton to efficiently check, dispatch and manage high-volume vehicle movement. You will perform thorough vehicle inspections, stock checks and help maintain the vehicle compounds, handling 60+ vehicles daily across storage areas and loading bays.

The role requires a full driving licence, a positive attitude and comfort with driving cars and light commercial vehicles.

Role Summary

The Vehicle Handler is responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of vehicle stock. Key duties include the thorough checking and dispatch of vehicles, managing the high-volume movement of 60 or more vehicles daily across storage and loading areas, and performing detailed vehicle-specific inspections and stock checks. The role also involves contributing to the general maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle compounds.
