Job summary

ARCA Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure & Server Engineer / 3rd Line Support Analyst (hands on) to support a large-scale Microsoft environment across on-premises and cloud.

The role is hybrid with 2 days per week in the office and an initial month fixed-term contract with potential to go permanent. You will be the escalation point for complex issues, lead during major incidents and contribute to infrastructure projects and improvements, while maintaining documentation and

Qualifications

• Experience in providing 3rd line infrastructure support in a enterprise IT environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on 3rd line infrastructure and technical support.
• Act as escalation point for complex infrastructure issues and troubleshoot to resolution.
• Lead during major incidents and coordinate with resolver teams.
• Support hybrid Microsoft infrastructure (cloud and on-premises).
• Work with Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
