Job summary

Jackalope Digital LLC is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and manage critical enterprise networks, servers, storage, and cloud services in a global, 24x7 environment.

The role requires hands-on expertise with VMware, AWS/Azure, Windows Server AD, and robust security. You will mentor staff, drive migrations, and coordinate with vendors while upholding SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Certifications preferred: Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking certs.
• 8+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise networks, servers, storage.
• Experience with VMware, cloud (AWS/Azure), and DR/BC solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support networks, servers, storage, telephony, and cloud infra (AWS/Azure).
• Lead infrastructure upgrade projects, migrations (on-prem to cloud), and international expansion.
• Serve as technical lead and mentor junior staff.
• Manage vendors for hardware, software, and services.
• Ensure security, SOX compliance, and documentation standards.
