Job summary

North Star Consulting is seeking a Technical Consultant to join our growing MSP/consulting team. You will deliver infrastructure, cloud and Microsoft technology projects, provide trusted technical advice and act as escalation point for complex issues.

You’ll work with customers and service desk, mentor colleagues, contribute to presales, and ensure projects are delivered successfully. UK-based, in-office days, with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience delivering infrastructure, cloud and Microsoft technology projects.
• Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business outcomes.
• Experience in MSP project delivery lifecycle and governance.

We're looking for a Technical Consultant to join a growing Consulting MSP firm.

Microsoft Solutions Partner, MSP / Consulting firm | £40,000 - £50,000

We're looking for a Technical Consultant to join a growing Consulting MSP firm.

This role would suit either a strong 3rd Line Engineer looking to move into a more consultative position, or an experienced IT Consultant seeking a fresh challenge in a hands-on technical environment.

You'll deliver customer projects, provide trusted technical advice, support solution implementations and act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues. You'll also work closely with service desk engineers, sharing knowledge and helping resolve challenging problems when required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering infrastructure, cloud and Microsoft technology projects.
• Providing technical consultancy and advice to customers.
• Acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Supporting solution design and implementation.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits
