Job summary

Ground Control is seeking a Senior Technical Support Analyst to join our IT team in the UK. You’ll provide advanced technical support, act as an escalation point, and help improve IT services while supporting a Microsoft 365 environment and end users across the business.

You will own complex issues, guide junior analysts, and work on endpoint management, security processes, and automation projects to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior Technical Support, IT support, or 2nd/3rd line experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across Microsoft technologies, hardware and end-user support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps/services incl. Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience with user account administration and identity management (Entra ID).
• Exposure to Intune and Windows Autopilot; endpoint security, VPNs and remote access.
• PowerShell or automation tools advantageous; ITIL knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions with high service standards.
• Act as escalation point for Technical Support Analysts and share knowledge.
• Support administration and development of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint.
• Assist with endpoint management and security processes; MFA and access controls.
• Investigate recurring issues, identify root causes, and support continuous service improvements.
• Contribute to IT projects, system upgrades and automation initiatives across the business.
