Job summary

Corriculo Ltd in Basingstoke is seeking a capable Support Engineer to own escalated incidents from first-line teams, diagnosing complex issues across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management in a hybrid IT environment.

You will mentor junior colleagues, log accurate tickets, adhere to SLAs, and contribute to internal documentation while supporting a broad internal user base with a collaborative IT function aligned to ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in second-line support with a solid background in first-line support.
• Solid hands-on knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Basic grasp of networking and TCP/IP.
• Practical exposure to Microsoft 365 administration, including Intune, Entra ID, and Exchange.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy Objects in a hybrid environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users and mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of escalated incidents passed up from a first-line team.
• Diagnose complex technical issues requiring deeper diagnostic ability and broader systems knowledge.
• Manage endpoint protection, software deployment, patch management, and identity access in a hybrid environment.
• Mentor and guide junior colleagues to grow their technical knowledge.
• Log tickets accurately, meet SLA targets, and contribute to internal documentation.
