Job summary

Ground Control is seeking a Senior Technical Support Analyst to join our IT function at true 3rd Line level. You will be the technical escalation point, shaping how support services are delivered and improving user experience across Microsoft 365, endpoints and cloud services.

You will own complex incidents, mentor colleagues, and drive improvements with automation, security and resilience in a hybrid environment in Billericay.

Qualifications

Senior IT support or 3rd Line experience in a complex environment.
Strong troubleshooting across apps, devices, networks and cloud services.
Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of complex technical incidents and resolve across applications, devices and cloud services.
Act as senior escalation point for Service Desk Analysts and mentor colleagues.
Manage Microsoft 365 services to keep systems secure and reliable.
Drive endpoint management improvements using Intune and Autopilot.
Develop automation and scripting to improve efficiency across IT operations.
