Focus Group is seeking an IT Account Manager to sell IT and cyber security solutions to existing customers and close deals across £10k–£100k+ opportunities. You will qualify opportunities, shape solutions and drive revenue within a collaborative pod structure.

The role offers hybrid work from our South offices in Fareham with one day per week at the Shoreham-by-Sea head office. OTE £70k–£80k, plus car allowance and incentives.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience selling IT and cyber security solutions (B2B).
• 2+ years of consultative B2B sales with a proven record of closing.
• Experience closing deals worth £10k to £100k+.
• Confidence selling to several stakeholders at once.
• A track record of growing accounts.
• A team player who enjoys working in a pod.

Aufgaben

• Run discovery meetings and shape IT solutions around customer needs.
• Work with IT managers, CTOs and finance directors on deals.
• Build ROI business cases and close deals from £10k to £100k+.
• Find new opportunities inside existing accounts.
• Agree account strategy with your pod and share revenue targets.
