Multiplex is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in its Global IT division in the UK. You will bridge business needs and technology, shaping requirements and guiding projects from initiation through delivery and handover.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and architects to define feasible solutions, develop business cases, and drive value across complex programmes with cross‑functional teams.

Formación

• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder technology environments.
• Project management experience with ownership from initiation to delivery.
• Familiar with PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Knowledge of project planning tools such as Microsoft Project and practical application.
• Strong leadership and ability to communicate programme objectives and align with business goals.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills; collaborative approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in ambiguity.
• Broad IT domain experience across Applications Development, Enterprise Architecture, PM, Vendor Management, QA, Infrastructure.
• Ability to work flexibly across time zones; construction industry experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Act as intermediary between business and IT to ensure outcomes.
• Own defined technology projects from initiation through delivery and handover.
• Engage stakeholders to understand requirements, assess solutions, and define improvements.
• Lead feasibility assessments, scoping, requirements, and business case development.
• Collaborate with software vendors and partners to shape early solutions and maximize value.
• Support architecture alignment with wider IT strategy and conduct service level reviews.
