May Business Consulting is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to support a strategic banking sector project in London. The role requires strong analytical skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions, particularly in IT transformation, data migration, and system integration.

You will gather and document requirements, collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, and help ensure successful delivery across project phases.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Technical/IT Business Analyst at senior level.
• Proven experience in data migration, IT transformation, and system integration.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to discuss with IT teams.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Availability to work on-site in London.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand project needs and define requirements.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Analyse existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the different phases of the project.
• Support project coordination, follow up on deliverables, and help resolve issues or dependencies.
• Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Identify potential risks and contribute to the successful delivery of project objectives.
