Deloitte UK is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex initiatives, partnering with stakeholders and delivery teams to translate business needs into effective solutions. You will mentor others, drive improvements, and contribute to the analysis practice across our UK offices.

You will collaborate across functions, use a mix of traditional and innovative tools, and work within a hybrid model to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, or in a comparable role focused on business transformation, process improvement or user experience.
• Experience of collaborating and managing relationships with business stakeholders, at all levels, with the ability to challenge where required.
• Experience of working with stakeholders to identify expected benefits, define measures of success and support benefits realisation.
• Experience in mentoring and developing other team members.

Responsabilités

• Deliver business analysis activities on complex initiatives from discovery through to implementation.
• Work collaboratively with project, product and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business and user needs.
• Support business stakeholders to understand problems and shape solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Facilitate workshops and analysis activities to understand business needs, user needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Explore opportunities to leverage data, automation and AI to improve business processes and user experiences.
• Support and mentor other Business Analysts, contributing to the growth and maturity of the Business Analysis practice.
• Collaborating cross-geography and cross-culture to develop relationships with practitioners to ensure diverse contribution to solutions.
• Desire to develop in a lead role and support the Head of Business Analysis to drive continuous improvement in the team's ways of working.
