Job summary

Magnit Global is seeking a proactive Junior Project Manager / Business Analyst to support a portfolio of technology and business change initiatives in a large corporate environment in London. You will help own smaller projects, manage plans, risks and dependencies, and work with Technology, Operations and third parties to move initiatives forward.

The role combines project coordination with business analysis responsibilities and offers an opportunity to grow into a Project Manager role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Change or Technology Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver smaller technology change projects and workstreams within larger programmes.
• Develop, maintain and drive project plans, milestones, dependencies and delivery activities.
• Proactively manage actions, risks, issues and dependencies through RAID logs and governance.
• Coordinate activities across Technology, Operations, Business and third-party stakeholders.
• Drive projects forward by following up actions and escalating where appropriate.
• Gather, document and validate business and technology requirements via workshops.
• Produce clear business and functional requirements and supporting project documents.
• Analyse current-state processes and design future-state operating processes.
