Job summary

Lockton is expanding its Business Project and Programme team and seeks an IT Business Analyst to frame and mature services and standards. You will enable delivery of the project portfolio by gathering and documenting business and technical requirements across multiple projects.

Reporting to the Delivery Lead, you will work with senior stakeholders, developers and third party suppliers to ensure requirements translate into tangible technology solutions and drive successful delivery across the

Qualifications

Solid understanding of the insurance/reinsurance industry.
Experience delivering business analysis activities within technology or digital transformation programmes.
Proven ability to produce functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Strong communication with internal stakeholders at all levels and with external suppliers.
Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
Experience with business process mapping and process optimisation.

Responsibilities

Facilitate requirement workshops with stakeholders and document decisions.
Produce functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Translate requirements into deliverable technology solutions and coordinate with teams.
