Job summary

IAAPS Limited, the university’s IAAPS arm, seeks a Senior IT & AV Support Engineer to deliver a high-quality IT and AV service for staff and students. You will monitor service requirements and help develop the Support Service while building strong relationships with IAAPS and University colleagues.

The role requires expertise in the M365 suite and end-user devices across Windows, MacOS and Linux, with broad IT/AV knowledge relevant to higher education.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills around the M365 suite and end-user devices, including Windows, MacOS and Linux.
• Broad knowledge of current IT and AV technologies and their application in a Higher Education context.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day delivery of an effective IT and AV service to IAAPS Ltd.
• Monitor and report on service requirements and help develop the Support Service.
• Nurture positive relationships with IAAPS staff, students and University IT staff.
• Take responsibility for documentation and small projects.
