Job summary

The University of Bath's IAAPS Limited invites applications for a Senior IT & AV Support Engineer to provide day-to-day IT and audio-visual support across IAAPS Ltd. You will monitor service delivery, report on requirements, and help develop the support service while building positive relationships with IAAPS staff and University IT colleagues.

The role requires excellent communication, documentation skills, and hands-on technical ability with the M365 suite and Windows, MacOS and Linux end-user

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT/AV support in a higher education context.
• Strong documentation and project coordination skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with staff and students.
• Hands-on technical ability with end-user devices and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day delivery of IT and AV services for IAAPS Ltd.
• Monitor, report on service requirements and gaps.
• Assist in developing the support service and processes.
• Foster positive relationships with IAAPS staff and University IT teams.
• Document issues and outcomes; support small projects.
