Job summary

National Highways, United Kingdom, is seeking an IT Audit Manager to join the Corporate Risk and Assurance division within the Business Services Directorate. You will oversee IT internal audits, advisory engagements and assurance work, guiding planning and delivery of the audit programme while acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, significant IT/OT risk experience and familiarity with COBIT, ITIL and NIST CSF.

Qualifications

• CISA or equivalent professional qualification is required.
• Significant experience leading IT audit teams and setting objectives.
• Proven ability to develop IT audit strategies, plans and complex audits.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the IT audit programme ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Manage and guide audit staff day-to-day and ensure robust governance.
• Review audit documentation from terms of reference to final report.
• Present key findings at senior meetings and to Board stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders.
