Job summary

Harvey Nash seeks a hands-on Technical IT Manager/Leader to run regional IT operations across Europe from London, with some US support. You will own end-user tech, cloud services, applications, networking, asset management and workplace technology, while coordinating with a MSP for Level 1 support.

This role requires strong problem solving, vendor liaison, and the ability to work across multi-site environments in a security-conscious setting. Hybrid work in London/Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT operations and support across multiple countries or markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to European users and some US-based colleagues.
• Act as primary IT contact for European vendors and MSPs.
• Manage and escalate help desk tickets and network issues.
• Oversee end-user device lifecycle, apps, cloud platforms and network accounts.
• Coordinate asset inventories, warranties, licenses, refresh cycles and end-of-life planning.
• Ensure conference rooms, video conferencing and AV systems are fully operational.
• Support IT security and compliance requirements including SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001.
• Assist with technology projects and M&A integrations.
