Job summary

FAIRR Initiative in London is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to own day-to-day IT operations for ~80 users, providing first and second-line support, incident ownership and coordinating with external suppliers.

The role covers access management for joiners/movers/leavers, hardware provisioning, change control, Microsoft 365 administration, and ensuring GDPR compliance; hybrid role with on-site work 3 days/week near Marble Arch.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience providing both first and second-line IT support.
• Experience managing incidents and requests through full lifecycle.
• Knowledge of joiner/mover/leaver processes and access control.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and supporting Windows devices.
• Ability to coordinate external suppliers and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support, owning incidents to resolution.
• Manage user access, licences, and device provisioning for joiners/movers/leavers.
• Plan and implement routine IT changes with proper approvals and testing.
• Maintain IT records, asset registers and control evidence.
• Support IT projects and service improvements as required.
