Job summary

FAIRR Initiative is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to be the principal in-house IT resource for day-to-day support and operations for about 80 users. You will own incidents through to resolution, manage joiners/movers/leavers, and coordinate with external suppliers as needed.

You will administer Microsoft 365, support common workplace tech, and contribute to small IT projects and improvements while ensuring security and compliance across processes.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience providing both first and second-line IT support within a modern workplace environment.
• Demonstrable experience managing incidents and service requests through full lifecycle.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and supporting Windows devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for ~80 users across the organisation.
• Own incidents and requests end-to-end, including complex issues requiring escalation.
• Manage joiners, movers and leavers: access, licences, group memberships and device delivery.
• Plan and implement routine IT changes with approvals and testing where needed.
• Maintain IT asset registers and documentation for audits and governance.
• Support small IT projects and service improvements.
