Job summary

Linear Executive Search is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager on a 6-month contract in Mayfair, London. The role requires hybrid working (2 days a week in Mayfair) and involves delivering a major change programme within IT/Technology Operations, with IAM and Access Controls focus.

The successful candidate will assemble a team of Analysts and IAM specialists, collaborate with multiple departments, and oversee design and delivery to achieve compliant, robust access controls

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering IAM and Access Controls projects.
• Experience in post-merger integration and financial controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• PRINCE2 or Agile project management certification.
• Strong leadership to build and manage a dedicated team.
• Experience coordinating multi-function projects with finance, operations, CRM, HR.

Responsibilities

• Assemble a team of Analysts and IAM specialists to drive changes.
• Lead post-merger integration efforts in Logistical Access Controls Framework.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, CRM, HR and regulatory compliance.
• Identify requirements and design solutions.
• Oversee delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
