Job summary

Mitti by SafetyCulture is seeking a Senior Solution Specialist to drive uptake, adoption and value across IoT, asset management and lone worker products. You’ll work with account executives, solution engineers and product managers to shape pre-sales discovery, solution design and deployment.

In this senior UKI & EMEA role, you’ll influence go-to-market strategy, lead complex deployments and ensure customer success, partnering with GTM teams, partners and customers to scale outcomes and ROI.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in tech or SaaS.
• Experience supporting complex solutions with hardware, multi-site rollouts or integrations.
• Comfortable with IoT, asset tracking, lone worker tech, or similar devices and services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and operational teams.
• Excellent project management with the ability to juggle priorities.
• Proactive, resilient and consultative approach to customer engagement.
• ROI-focused mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems.
• Excited about a career in tech sales in a fast-paced org.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to IoT and asset management expert for customers and internal teams.
• Engage with customers to understand challenges and translate capabilities into outcomes.
• Partner with sales, CS and BD to scope discovery, demos and proposals.
• Lead deployment, onboarding and configuration across multi-site environments.
• Provide sales enablement through trainings on features and enhancements.
• Contribute to go-to-market messaging and identify growth opportunities.
• Strengthen partner relationships to scale complex deployments.
• Bridge sales and customer success to support renewals and expansion.
