Job summary

Mitti by SafetyCulture in the UK is recruiting a Senior Solution Specialist to join the UKI & EMEA sales team. You will translate technical capability into business outcomes across IoT, asset management and lone worker solutions, supporting pre-sales discovery, solution design and onboarding.

You’ll work with account executives, solution engineers and product managers to drive adoption, deployment and successful outcomes for customers, across multi-site environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in tech or SaaS.
• Experience managing or supporting complex solutions with hardware, multi-site rollouts or integrations.
• Comfortable with IoT, asset tracking or lone worker technology.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and operational teams.
• Excellent project management and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proactive, resilient, consultative approach to customer engagement.
• Driven by customer outcomes and ROI with a passion for solving real-world problems.
• Excited about building a career in tech sales and thriving in a fast-paced org.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert on IoT, sensors, asset management and lone worker solutions.
• Educate customers on capabilities, integrations and best practices.
• Partner with sales and customer teams in discovery and solution scoping.
• Lead deployment and configuration across multi-site environments.
• Run internal training on new product features across IoT, asset management and lone worker tools.
• Support outbound prospecting and identify growth opportunities across verticals.
• Strengthen relationships with service partners to scale deployments.
• Bridge sales and customer success for ongoing adoption and renewals.
