Job summary

Mitti by SafetyCulture is seeking a Senior Solution Specialist to join our UKI & EMEA sales team. You’ll translate technical capability into business outcomes, partnering with account executives, solution engineers and product managers to support pre-sales discovery, solution design, onboarding and deployment.

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role in tech or SaaS.
• Track record supporting complex solutions across multi-site environments.
• Comfortable with IoT, asset tracking and lone worker technology.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, resilient and consultative approach to customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert on Mitti's IoT, asset management and lone worker solutions.
• Engage customers to understand challenges and demonstrate value.
• Partner with sales, CS and BD to support discovery and scoping.
• Lead deployment and onboarding across multi-site environments.
• Run internal training on new product features and GTM messaging.
• Identify opportunities and assist with go-to-market efforts.
• Strengthen partner relationships to scale deployments.
• Bridge sales and customer success to drive renewals and expansion.
