Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Investment Operational knowledge of Asset Managers and/or Insurance PRT Providers.
• Technical knowledge of OTC Derivatives, Collateral Management, and E2E Trade Processing.
• Ability to influence without direct authority in matrixed or cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service delivery ensuring adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
• Drive the evolution of provider operating models and reporting frameworks.
• Build and implement an internal service model with SLAs and MI reporting.
