You will collaborate with senior leaders across logistics, retail, manufacturing and support functions to keep colleagues informed, engaged and aligned with our values.

Formación

• Proven experience in a senior internal communications or business partnering role.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional events and internal campaigns across multiple channels.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills – translate complex topics into engaging content.
• Strong project and stakeholder management – influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Experience planning communications and events in complex, operational businesses.
• Excellent understanding of internal comms best practice, channels and tools.
• Experience in basic design to create engaging communications in media forms.
