Job summary

DFS Group is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to develop and deliver clear, creative engagement plans that drive results across our Group functions. You will work with senior leaders across logistics, retail, manufacturing, and support to keep colleagues informed, engaged, and aligned with our values and goals.

The role focuses on delivering key events such as livestreams and large-scale conferences, ensuring communications are impactful and consistent with our brand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior internal communications or business partner role.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional events and internal campaigns across multiple channels.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to translate complex topics into engaging content.
• Strong project and stakeholder management with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shape communications that align with Group strategy and priorities.
• Provide expert consultancy and planning to senior leaders.
• Build credible relationships across the business as a trusted partner.
• Support leaders with tools, coaching, and guidance for a communications culture.
• Deliver high-quality events including live streams and large conferences.
• Manage events from concept to execution with key stakeholders.
• Support inclusion initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Create engaging written communications and event scripts.
• Develop slides for events using Google Slides and other design tools.
