Job summary

Xeinadin in Manchester is seeking a Senior Communications and Engagement Executive to lead internal communications during a period of transformational change. You will craft compelling messaging, manage content across emails, intranet, and publications, and help colleagues connect with the business strategy and values.

You'll collaborate across teams, build strong relationships quickly, and use Microsoft 365 and SharePoint to publish engaging content while measuring impact and supporting

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills translate complex messaging into clear, concise narratives.
• Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively at all levels.
• Experience in internal communications or broader communications roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with MS 365 and SharePoint is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pipeline of news content, sourcing and developing colleague success stories and best practices.
• Produce and publish emails, intranet articles and presentations to communicate key messages and celebrate success.
• Align messages to business strategy, values and Xeinadin tone of voice.
• Contribute to channel and campaign measurement through data gathering and analysis.
• Provide support to the business on both organisation-wide and local communications activity.
• Support wider communications and engagement activities such as webinars and reporting.
